Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment efforts for its Private Destinations operations in Nassau, Bahamas. Reporting to the Director of Shipboard Talent Acquisition, you will partner with HRIS, Talent Operations, and People Analytics to drive efficient hiring processes and support the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize recruitment processes to meet staffing needs for Private Destinations.
• Provide monthly reporting and analytics on recruitment performance, compliance, and strategic initiatives.
• Manage the performance of the recruiting team, ensuring KPI targets are achieved.
• Collaborate with the Talent Programming team on workforce planning, diversity hiring, and sourcing strategies.
• Identify continuous‑improvement opportunities and implement process enhancements.

• Proven experience leading recruitment teams in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to mentor and develop team members while resolving issues promptly.

Required skills

• Experience with HRIS and talent acquisition analytics tools.
• Proficiency in generating recruitment metrics and variance analysis.
