Territory Manager – Elevator Services

About the role

Otis Elevator Company is seeking a motivated Territory Manager to lead account management and service operations for customers across the Bahamas. You will act as the primary technical consultant, building strong relationships while ensuring safety, quality, and timely service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all customer accounts and service operations within the assigned territory.
• Prospect, develop, and maintain relationships to achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Retain and renew maintenance agreements, and transition new installations to service contracts.
• Lead field teams, conduct safety audits, and oversee job‑site inspections.
• Monitor site parts inventory and ensure project deadlines are met.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of outside sales, project management, or field management experience, preferably in the elevator industry.
• High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Legal permanent resident of the Bahamas, currently residing in the country.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
