Total Rewards Manager – HR Leadership

About the role

The Total Rewards Manager will lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Doctors Hospital Health System's Total Rewards programs. This senior HR professional will ensure compensation, benefits, and salary structures are competitive, equitable, and aligned with the organization’s strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Total Rewards strategy, including compensation philosophy and benefits programs.
• Design, maintain, and update job evaluation methodology, grading structures, and salary scales.
• Conduct market pricing analyses and benchmark compensation against the healthcare industry.
• Lead pay equity analyses, compensation policy development, and salary structure redesign initiatives.
• Partner with executive leadership, finance, talent acquisition, and HR business partners to support workforce planning, recruitment competitiveness, and employee retention.
• Oversee staffing and scheduling operations while focusing on compensation and benefits governance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in total rewards, compensation, and benefits management, preferably within healthcare.
• Strong knowledge of job architecture, salary administration, and pay equity analysis.
• Ability to develop and communicate compensation strategies to senior leadership.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
