Assistant Beverage Manager – Beach Club

About the role

The Assistant Beverage Manager supports the Beverage Manager in delivering premium beverage service at Royal Beach Club Paradise Island. This role ensures high‑volume operations run smoothly while maintaining the club’s upscale, Bahamian‑inspired atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver industry‑leading hospitality standards across all beverage outlets.
• Support the Beverage Manager in daily operations, inventory control, and financial performance.
• Maintain product quality and service consistency in line with brand standards.
• Train and engage team members to achieve guest satisfaction targets.
• Monitor KPIs, guest feedback, and health‑safety compliance.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or higher with 2‑3 years experience in high‑volume bar operations, preferably in upscale hotels or cruise ships.
• Strong numerical skills for calculating discounts, commissions, and inventory percentages.
• Knowledge of liquor, wine, and beer brands and service standards.
• Experience managing an international team and delivering guest‑focused service.
• Ability to pass ServSafe training within the first 30 days of employment.
