About the role

Join Deloitte's Consulting team in the Bahamas as an Assistant Manager focused on Strategic Transformation. You will lead, plan and execute engagements across forensic accounting, corporate finance, M&A transactions and valuations, helping clients navigate complex business challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, plan and execute engagements in forensic accounting, corporate finance, merger and acquisition transactions, and valuations.
• Leverage tools and technologies to support clients through uncertainty and complex business landscapes.
• Develop and coach junior team members to ensure service excellence.
• Participate in well‑being, sustainability initiatives and community events aligned with Deloitte’s Shared Values.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent qualification (e.g., ACCA).
• Qualified or near‑qualified in a professional designation such as ACA, ACCA, CA, CPA, CFA, CPI, INSOL Foundation Certificate, JD, LLM or LLB.
• Minimum 4 years of progressive experience in turnaround & restructuring services or related advisory/audit experience.
• Project management experience, including leading engagements and mentoring junior staff.

Required skills
