Beach Attendant

About the role

The Beach Attendant provides exceptional service to members and guests at The Abaco Club’s beach area, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. This onsite role involves setting up and breaking down beach amenities, monitoring safety protocols, and anticipating guest needs to uphold the club’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet members and guests warmly upon arrival and deliver outstanding customer service throughout their visit.
• Set up and break down umbrellas, lounge chairs, towels, and other beach equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the beach area, including regular inspections and prompt removal of hazards.
• Monitor safety protocols, assist with guest inquiries, and respond to any incidents promptly.
• Anticipate and fulfill guest requests, such as providing beach accessories or information about club amenities.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a seamless guest experience.
