About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Booking Services Coordinator to assist customers with researching options, coordinating bookings, and managing reservation details. The role is fully remote and focuses on organization, communication and accurate information handling.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to booking inquiries and gather customer needs and preferences.
• Research available options, coordinate booking details and verify customer and reservation information.
• Provide confirmations, assist with updates or changes, and communicate with providers as needed.
• Maintain accurate booking records and follow up with customers regarding outstanding information.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and customer‑focused attitude.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail and reliable self‑motivation.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn booking systems.
• Previous booking or customer‑service experience is helpful but not required.
