Business Development Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new business development and acquire institutional clients across the FX and crypto markets. The role focuses on cold lead generation, liquidity sales, institutional client acquisition, and managing the full commercial cycle from initial outreach through negotiation, onboarding, and account growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new liquidity clients through cold outreach.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities in Salesforce.
• Develop targeted outreach strategies for CEOs, Heads of Dealing, Risk Managers, and other decision‑makers.
• Structure liquidity pricing proposals aligned with client flow profiles and volume expectations.
• Manage the full contracting process and coordinate KYC documentation and onboarding with Compliance and Legal teams.
• Oversee payment setup and commercial terms in coordination with Finance.
• Monitor client trading volumes, net deposits, and commissions, and conduct regular commercial reviews.
• Identify and execute upsell and cross‑sell opportunities across the product suite.

Required profile

• 7+ years of B2B sales experience in institutional liquidity, prime brokerage, electronic trading technology, or private banking.
• Proven track record of acquiring institutional clients and an existing network of institutional customers.
• Strong understanding of FIX API connectivity, liquidity aggregation, and bridge technology.
• Knowledge of institutional liquidity economics, including spreads, commissions, and order‑book construction.
• Experience managing the full commercial cycle from outreach to onboarding and account growth.
