Cabana Attendant – Half Moon Cay, Bahamas

About the role

The Cabana Attendant ensures that guests enjoy a seamless, comfortable experience in private cabana areas on Half Moon Cay. You will prepare, maintain, and service cabanas, responding promptly to guest needs and supporting the overall hospitality operation.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, escort them to their cabanas, and check on them throughout the day.
• Prepare cabanas with required amenities, keep them clean and organized, and restock supplies.
• Monitor health, safety, and sanitation standards; report any damages or maintenance issues.
• Assist with minor maintenance tasks and coordinate with technical staff as needed.
• Document incidents and operational challenges for management review.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED; hospitality education is a plus.
• Current health certificate and certification in First Aid and CPR.
• Fluent English with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Physically fit – able to lift at least 15 lb, stand, and walk for extended periods.
