Consultant – Strategic Transformation

About the role

Deloitte is looking for a Consultant to support strategic transformation projects in the Bahamas. You will work on corporate restructuring, insolvency, M&A, and other consulting engagements while developing your analytical and communication skills.

Key responsibilities

• Perform research, financial analysis and produce high‑quality deliverables for restructuring, insolvency, liquidation, bankruptcy, forensic accounting and M&A transactions.
• Collaborate with colleagues, leverage new technologies and tools, and contribute to well‑being and sustainability initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent qualification (e.g., ACCA).
• Working towards a professional designation such as ACCA, CA, ACA, CPA, CFA, JD, LLM or LLB.
• Minimum one year of relevant work experience, including co‑op or internship experience.
