Dual Massage Therapist & Esthetician

About the role

Mandara Spa is seeking a dual‑qualified professional who can deliver both massage therapy and esthetic skin treatments. The role combines hands‑on therapeutic work with high‑level guest care, ensuring each visitor experiences relaxation, healing and personalized recommendations for home care.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional massage therapy services in line with Mandara Spa standards.
• Perform esthetic skin treatments, following company protocols and product guidelines.
• Recommend appropriate home‑care routines and retail products to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a calm, welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits and drives treatment and retail sales.
• Collaborate with spa team members and adhere to scheduling requirements, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Required profile

• 12‑18 months of experience in a high‑end resort or urban spa setting.
• Valid license to perform massage and esthetic services.
• Training from an accredited massage school and thorough understanding of human anatomy.
• Positive, cooperative attitude with strong verbal communication skills.
• Availability to work flexible hours as scheduled by the Spa Director.
