Electrician – Princess Cays (Bahamas)

About the role

We are looking for a qualified Electrician to join our team at Princess Cays in the Bahamas. The role involves installing, maintaining and repairing electrical systems across guest areas, employee zones and public spaces on the site.

Key responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair electrical control, wiring and lighting systems.
• Read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints and schematics.
• Perform electrical services in all guest, employee and public areas.
• Inspect transformers, circuit breakers and other components, and conduct corrective maintenance.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing devices and document repairs.
• Install conduits, pipes, circuit breakers and connect wiring in compliance with codes.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience as a professional electrician.
• Strong knowledge of electrical theory and the National Electrical Code.
• Ability to work safely in both indoor and outdoor environments.
• Good English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Physical fitness and ability to handle customer service interactions.
