Female Spa Attendant

About the role

The Female Spa Attendant ensures the highest standards of customer service within the female locker room, creating a restful and relaxing environment for guests. This position supports guest retention and drives treatment and retail sales for the Mandara Resort Division.

Key responsibilities

• Check in guests, provide facility orientation, and maintain clean, stocked linens, towels, and beverages.
• Complete a detailed training program and acquire full knowledge of all Elemis/Mandara signature services within 30 days.
• Educate guests on services and products, delivering consistent high‑level customer satisfaction.
• Uphold housekeeping standards of excellence in all guest‑facing areas and the dispensary.

• Exemplary guest care, attention to detail, and ability to empathize with clients.
• Sales‑motivated with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Positive, supportive attitude toward spa directives and team goals.
• Responsible, dependable, tactful, and mature.
