Cost Controller – Food & Beverage (1‑Year Contract)

About the role
The Food & Beverage Cost Controller oversees all aspects of cost control, inventory management, receiving controls and operational compliance for the property’s food and beverage outlets.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and analyse food and beverage costs, identify trends and recommend actions to improve profitability.
- Prepare and distribute monthly cost control reports and support the preparation of F&B profit & loss statements.
- Maintain accurate recipe costing, theoretical costs and inventory records across all outlets.
- Oversee stock movement, conduct regular counts and investigate variances.
- Audit purchases, reconcile supplier invoices and coordinate with Accounts Payable.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Hospitality Management or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage cost control, inventory management and purchasing controls.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and experience with POS and inventory/accounting systems (e.g., MICROS, BirchStreet, Opera).
Required skills
- Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook.

- Accounting platforms such as MICROS, Materials Control, Adaco, BirchStreet, Opera.
