About the role

The Food & Beverage Administrator provides essential administrative and operational support to the Food & Beverage department at The Abaco Club. Working closely with both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house teams, the role ensures smooth coordination of reservations, communications, and documentation while upholding the club’s high hospitality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the F&B management team.
• Manage reservation schedules, confirm bookings, and communicate changes to relevant staff.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and departmental documentation.
• Assist front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house teams with operational tasks and information flow.
• Support inventory tracking, ordering processes, and basic financial documentation.
• Coordinate internal communications and ensure timely dissemination of updates.

Required profile

• Highly organized and detail‑oriented with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Professional discretion and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in hospitality or club environments preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse team members.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience using reservation or booking management systems.
• Basic knowledge of inventory and accounting documentation.
