Freelance Event Journalist – Nassau, Bahamas

About the role

Travel And Tour World (TTW) is looking for a freelance event journalist to cover the Caribbean and Mexico Meetings & Incentive Travel Exchange in Nassau, Bahamas. Over two days you will be on‑site, capturing the event’s highlights through interviews and written stories for real‑time publication to a global audience. The event will take place at the Grand Hyatt Baha Mar on 26 and 27 August 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct short video and audio interviews with guest speakers and industry experts.
• Attend seminars, press talks and other sessions to produce quick news updates.
• Network with attendees, exchange contacts and represent TTW on‑site.

Required profile

• Proven experience in journalism, news writing or professional interviewing.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Operating a camera for video recording.
• Using a microphone and tripod for on‑site interviews.
• Basic digital recording and editing.
• Posting content on social media platforms.
