Front Desk Concierge - Luxury Spa

About the role

The Front Desk Concierge is the first point of contact for every Mandara Spa guest and plays a vital role in shaping the overall spa experience. The position welcomes guests warmly, manages appointments and guest flow, and supports the team in achieving service excellence and retail goals. It is a full-time, land-based position in the Guest Services department.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and check in guests in a warm, professional manner consistent with Mandara Spa standards
• Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations and cancellations using the spa's booking system (Book4Time experience highly desirable)
• Answer calls and respond to guest inquiries with courtesy, accuracy and efficiency
• Give guests an orientation to spa facilities, services and current promotions
• Process payments, manage cash handling and close out guest transactions at point of sale
• Promote and upsell spa services, packages and retail products to support revenue goals
• Coordinate communication between front desk and treatment staff
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the front desk and reception area
• Assist with opening and closing procedures and handle guest concerns, escalating to management when needed

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk, reception or customer service role; spa or hospitality experience is a plus
• Friendly, professional demeanor with a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction
• Sales-motivated, team player with effective written and verbal communication skills
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Bilingual a plus

Required skills

• Proficiency with point of sale systems; Book4Time knowledge highly desirable
• Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Computer literacy with proficient typing skills
