About the role

The Guest Experience Attendant ensures every visitor to Princess Cays enjoys a safe, seamless, and memorable beach experience. Acting as the friendly face of the resort, you will guide guests through equipment rentals, beach setups, and water activities while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, answer questions, and provide assistance with rentals such as umbrellas, chairs, and aquatic equipment.
• Explain proper usage, safety procedures, and operational guidelines for all beach toys and equipment.
• Monitor guest compliance with safety measures, including life‑vest use, rental time limits, and designated safe zones.
• Guide guests in and out of the water using launch lanes, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Set up, break down, clean, sanitize, and store beach equipment and toys daily.
• Conduct regular equipment inspections, report damage, and coordinate maintenance needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of beach areas, furniture, and recreational zones.
• Track inventory, prepare reports, and support daily operational logistics.
