Guest Experience Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a friendly, service‑oriented Guest Experience Specialist to support clients throughout their travel and accommodation journey. Working fully remotely, you will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring every request is handled with clear communication, careful coordination, and dependable follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to capture needs, preferences, and special requests.
• Research and recommend accommodations, activities, transportation, and related services.
• Assist with reservations, service coordination, and provide confirmations and updates.
• Review details for accuracy, manage modifications, and maintain organized client records.
• Follow up on pending requests, upcoming arrangements, and liaise with service providers when additional assistance is required.
• Address client questions, troubleshoot issues, and deliver professional solutions throughout the experience.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong customer‑service mindset with a focus on professionalism.
• Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
• Comfortable researching information online and managing multiple priorities.
• Proficient with email and digital collaboration platforms.
• Effective problem‑solving and follow‑up skills.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, reservations, or guest services is a plus but not mandatory.
