Head of Sports

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Head of Sports to lead the sports programme at King’s College School, The Bahamas. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape a vibrant, inclusive curriculum that inspires students from Pre‑Reception to Year 13.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and continuously improve engaging sports lessons that align with the school’s curriculum, policies and external assessment requirements.
• Individualise and differentiate learning to ensure every student is challenged, supported and makes outstanding progress.
• Regularly assess in‑class and at‑home performance, providing targeted feedback to drive student development.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading sports programmes in top‑tier schools worldwide.
• Passion for education, creativity and dedication to student wellbeing.
• Ability to join the school by January 2027 (or earlier).
