About the role

We are seeking a personable and detail‑oriented Hospitality Experience Coordinator to guide clients through the entire service journey, from the first inquiry to final delivery. The role is fully remote and ideal for someone who enjoys customer service, organization, and research.

Key responsibilities

• Gather client preferences and specific requests.
• Research accommodations, activities, transportation, and related services.
• Assist in coordinating reservations and related arrangements.
• Communicate updates and important information to clients.
• Review confirmations for accuracy and handle modifications or special requests.
• Maintain organized client records and documentation.
• Follow up on outstanding information and upcoming arrangements.
• Coordinate with hospitality and service providers when needed.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer‑service mindset with high attention to detail.
• Good organization and time‑management abilities.
• Comfortable researching information online.
• Ability to learn new digital platforms and systems quickly.
• Reliable, professional, and responsive attitude.
