Housekeeping Attendant – Beach & Pool – Bahamas

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Housekeeping Attendant to keep our beach and pool areas spotless and welcoming for guests at our resort in the Bahamas. You will play a key part in delivering a clean, safe, and enjoyable environment for visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain the beach area, removing towels, trash, debris, and ensuring loungers are tidy.
• Keep the pool deck, loungers, and surrounding areas clean and organized.
• Set up and break down lounge chairs on both the beach and pool deck.
• Manage towel distribution to guests.
• Sanitize public spaces such as restrooms, hallways, lobbies, and dining areas.
• Restock supplies in public restrooms and guest areas as needed.
• Maintain back‑of‑house areas, including storage rooms, staff break rooms, and service corridors.
• Dispose of trash and recycling in designated locations.
• Clean and sanitize staff restrooms and other back‑of‑house facilities.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures, using cleaning chemicals and equipment correctly.
• Assist with special cleaning projects or events as assigned.

Required profile

• Ability to provide excellent customer service, responding to guest inquiries in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Willingness to follow safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Reliability and attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness standards.
