Guest Services & Shorex Supervisor – Celebration Key

About the role

The Guest Services & Shorex Supervisor supports the Guest Services & Shorex Manager in delivering high‑quality service at Celebration Key, a Carnival Corporation destination in the Bahamas. You will lead the guest services team, ensure smooth daily operations, and help create memorable experiences for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily guest services operations and ensure efficient service delivery.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and developing guest services staff.
• Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback and motivate the team.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfil guest requests promptly.
• Handle and resolve guest complaints and escalations with professionalism.
• Identify recurring issues and implement preventive actions.
• Maintain and improve standard operating procedures.
• Monitor guest satisfaction metrics and drive quality improvements.
• Document complaints, resolutions and prepare performance reports.
• Support staff through ongoing training and promote cross‑department collaboration.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising a guest services or hospitality team.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to resolve issues empathetically.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments.
