About the role
BankPro, a private digital bank, is looking for a proactive Human Resources Officer to join its HR team. You will support employees throughout their lifecycle, from onboarding to off‑boarding, and assist with day‑to‑day HR operations.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate onboarding and off‑boarding processes, including documentation, inductions and exit interviews.
- Prepare and maintain employment contracts, letters, reports and other HR documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee records and keep HR systems up to date.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employees and managers on HR‑related queries.
- Handle day‑to‑day HR administration, filing, record‑keeping and data entry.
- Monitor employee absence, annual leave and other HR data.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and internal HR activities.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with payroll, recruitment and other internal teams.
- Support learning and development activities when required.
- Prepare HR reports and provide relevant data to management.
- Stay informed about changes in employment legislation and HR best practices.
- Handle confidential employee information with discretion.
- Participate in HR projects and other related duties as needed.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR administration or support.
- Good knowledge of employment legislation and HR practices.
- Experience with onboarding and employee relations.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Professional, approachable and solutions‑oriented attitude.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information responsibly.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Experience with an HRIS is a plus.
