Kids Club Ambassador

About the role

The Kids Club Ambassador creates a safe, engaging, and fun environment for children while their parents enjoy the club’s amenities. This position involves supervising children, planning age‑appropriate activities, and delivering a warm, welcoming experience that reflects the club’s high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise children in the Kids Club area, ensuring safety and adherence to club policies.
• Plan and lead games, crafts, educational and recreational programs suitable for various ages.
• Welcome families, manage check‑in/check‑out procedures, and maintain accurate attendance records.
• Enforce health, safety and behavioral guidelines calmly and professionally.
• Monitor play areas and equipment for cleanliness, organization and proper use.
• Respond promptly to minor injuries, conflicts or concerns.
• Communicate with parents/guardians about their child’s experience and any issues.
• Support special events, themed activities, holiday programs and camps.
• Assist with setup, cleanup and inventory of supplies and materials.

Required profile

• Previous experience working with children in childcare, camp, school or recreation settings (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage positively with children of varying ages.
• Patient, energetic, dependable and passionate about working with youth.
• Ability to stay calm, attentive and professional in a dynamic environment.
• Basic knowledge of child safety practices; CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
