Homeowner Services Representative

About the role

The Homeowner Services Representative acts as the primary Home Representative for a portfolio of homes assigned by the Director, Homeowner Services. The role oversees, inspects and coordinates the work of Housekeeping and Technicians so that homes are guest-ready every day, and works with team members and departments to resolve outstanding items and keep the highest standards for homeowners and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with the Assistant Homeowner Service Manager on all issues regarding assigned homes and follow up with all departments.
• Assist with the installation and setup of new homes as needed.
• Update member binders quarterly with inventory, weekly punch-list items and member preferences.
• Inspect homes before member and guest arrivals and report their ready status to the Front Desk.
• Conduct home orientations for arriving members and guests.
• Ensure homes are clean, closed and secured after each departure, and report damages caused by renters or guests with replacement costs communicated within 24 hours of departure.
• Coordinate monthly, quarterly and annual services, perform weekly home walkthroughs by end of Sunday and monthly inspections by the 26th, and conduct quarterly home inventories.
• Meet members on arrival and departure, update them on work progress and address concerns.
• Perform wellness checks on members staying more than seven days.
• Provide direction and support to Housekeepers, Housemen and Technicians, and carry out other duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar or related role.
• Ability to work all days of the week, including holidays.
• Physically capable of standing, bending and lifting up to 30 lbs for extended periods.
• Professional, positive demeanor with integrity and honesty, and respectful interaction with homeowners, guests and colleagues.
