Learning & Development Manager – Bahamas Destinations

About the role

The Learning & Development Manager for the Bahamas destinations leads the design, delivery, and measurement of all training programs across Celebration Key, RelaxAway at Half Moon Cay, and Princess Cays. Reporting to the Global L&D Manager, this senior position partners with HR and operational leaders to ensure learning initiatives support business priorities and drive measurable impact.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the L&D trainer team across the three Bahamas locations.
• Align Bahamas L&D activities with corporate priorities, curriculum design, and reporting requirements.
• Oversee LMS administration, learner tracking, reporting, compliance, and cost‑efficiency of L&D operations.
• Partner with HR directors, destination General Managers, and department heads to identify training needs and deliver practical solutions.
• Personally facilitate key programs such as leadership development, onboarding, and compliance training, and model facilitation excellence.
• Conduct train‑the‑trainer sessions to build facilitation capability within the team.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading L&D teams in a hospitality or tourism environment.
• Strong partnership skills with HR and operational leaders.
• Ability to translate business priorities into effective learning solutions.
• Excellent communication and coaching abilities.
