About the role

We are looking for a dependable Line Cook to join the culinary team at The Abaco Club, a premier private club operated by Southworth. The successful candidate will prepare and execute menu items with consistency and precision, supporting a high‑quality, member‑focused dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards set by the Executive Chef.
• Set up and stock cooking stations with all necessary supplies before each service.
• Ensure timely preparation and attractive presentation of dishes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen work area.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
