Key responsibilities

• Choose assignments that match your interests and profile.
• Visit luxury boutiques or evaluate online purchase journeys.
• Observe store ambiance, service quality, and overall customer experience.
• Complete concise questionnaires on CXG’s platform to share your observations.
• Perform multiple 20‑minute missions per month, with flexible scheduling.

Required profile

• At least 18 years old (21 in the United States).
• Current customer of premium or luxury brands.
• Not under contract with any retail brand to ensure impartiality.
• Punctual, organized, detail‑oriented, and reliable.
• Observant and passionate about customer experience.
• No prior experience required.
