Marina Attendant – Bahamas

About the role

The Marina Attendant is the first point of contact for guests arriving and departing Princess Cays by tender. You will ensure safety, support security protocols, and provide courteous assistance to all visitors, including those with disabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a hazard‑free marina and surrounding areas.
• Assist the security team with guest counts, tender capacities, and ISPS screening.
• Provide pre‑screen checks and direct guests to appropriate exits.
• Support ADA guests with requested assistance.
• Establish and monitor perimeter barriers to control boarding areas.
• Communicate with island staff for end‑of‑day sweeps and supply arrivals.
• Monitor water conditions and report hazards or environmental concerns.
• Maintain security equipment, manage crowd control, and assist during inclement weather.
• Help keep public spaces clean and sanitized.

Required profile

• Basic education with ISPS training.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR.
• Fluent conversational English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Physically fit, able to stand for long periods and participate in emergency lifesaving drills.
