About the role

This senior private banking position focuses on serving high‑net‑worth clients across the Caribbean region from the Bahamas. The role combines relationship management, investment advisory, and wealth‑planning services to deliver a comprehensive, bespoke experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of high‑net‑worth and ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients based in the Caribbean.
• Provide tailored investment advice, discretionary portfolio management, succession planning, and credit‑structuring solutions.
• Leverage an existing personal network to acquire new clients and increase assets under management.
• Collaborate closely with product specialists, legal/compliance teams, and investment advisory professionals to design bespoke financial solutions.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure adherence to regulatory and risk standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in private banking or wealth management.
• Proven track record of business development and client acquisition across the Caribbean region.
• Extensive personal network within the high‑net‑worth client community.
• Strong understanding of investment products, portfolio mandates, succession planning, and credit structuring.
