Property Manager

About the role

Brickell Management Group is looking for an experienced Property Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day operation, condition and performance of selected commercial and residential properties in its portfolio. The role is hands‑on, requiring strong tenant relationship management, inspections, maintenance coordination and budget oversight.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of assigned commercial and residential properties.
• Conduct regular property inspections and address identified deficiencies.
• Serve as primary point of contact for tenants, handling enquiries, complaints and service issues.
• Coordinate routine, preventative and emergency maintenance and repairs.
• Source, evaluate and monitor vendors and contractors, including quotation review.
• Oversee lease administration, renewals, move‑ins and move‑outs.
• Prepare and manage property operating budgets and monitor expenses.
• Provide regular reports on occupancy, expenses, maintenance activity and property condition.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of commercial and/or residential property management experience.
• Proven experience handling tenant matters and lease‑related issues.
• Strong background coordinating maintenance, repairs and contractor programmes.
• Experience managing property operating budgets and expenses.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between properties.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software.
• Advanced use of spreadsheets and standard office applications.
• Working knowledge of plumbing systems.
• Working knowledge of electrical systems.
• Working knowledge of HVAC and roofing systems.
