About the role

We are looking for a dependable Reservation Support Representative to assist clients with all reservation‑related inquiries. Working remotely, you will ensure that reservation details are accurate, organized, and up to date while delivering professional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to reservation questions and service requests via email or online platforms.
• Gather client preferences, research availability, and suggest appropriate service options.
• Coordinate reservations, send confirmations, and manage modifications or special requests.
• Review reservation documentation for accuracy and maintain up‑to‑date client records.
• Communicate updates, important information, and follow‑up on outstanding requests.
• Collaborate with service providers when necessary to ensure seamless execution.
