Security Command Center Attendant – Celebration Key

About the role

The Security Command Center Attendant ensures continuous monitoring of health, environment, safety, and security (HESS) incidents across Carnival’s Celebration Key destination in the Bahamas. You will operate surveillance equipment, respond to alarms, and coordinate emergency actions to protect guests, staff, and assets.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV, alarm, and access‑control systems to detect potential threats.
• Respond promptly to security incidents, dispatching personnel and coordinating with the Incident Response Assistance Team.
• Oversee fire‑alarm systems, manage emergency calls, and maintain situational awareness of all monitored areas.
• Document incidents, complete work logs, and generate daily reports for compliance.
• Support system maintenance, testing, and the upkeep of communication tools.
• Collaborate with Security, Operations, and Management to ensure effective incident response.
