Security Team Leader – Celebration Key, Bahamas

About the role

The Security Team Leader will oversee daily security operations at Celebration Key, ensuring the safety of guests, staff, and assets. Reporting to senior security management, you will guide a team of security officers, coordinate patrols, and respond to incidents across the resort.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule security officers, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
• Lead incident response and emergency management, including on‑site investigations and reporting.
• Oversee patrols, access control points, and routine inspections to identify safety risks.
• Prepare accurate daily logs, incident reports, and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate with law enforcement, emergency services, and other authorities as needed.
• Conduct performance reviews, mentor staff, and support professional development.
• Ensure adherence to corporate policies, dress standards, and data‑protection requirements.
