SMB Sales Agent – Nassau (Contract) – B2B Sales

About the role

The contracted SMB Sales Agent will drive sales and growth within the Small and Medium Business segment for a two‑year term. Based in Nassau or Grand Bahamas, the role focuses on identifying SMB prospects, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions while building lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target potential SMB clients through outreach and lead‑generation activities.
• Translate customer requirements into BTC’s product and service offerings and respond to RFPs with proposals and pricing.
• Develop and maintain account sales plans, meet or exceed assigned sales targets, and report progress in the CRM system.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key decision‑makers, provide consistent follow‑up, and gather client feedback.
• Conduct regular visits to existing and prospective customers to present and demonstrate products and services.
• Collaborate with vendors, internal sales, pre‑sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure cohesive solutions.

Required profile

• Residency in Nassau or Grand Bahamas.
• A degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Proven experience in B2B or SMB sales, including proposal development and RFP response.
• Strong ability to understand client needs and translate them into actionable sales strategies.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for tracking sales activities and reporting.
