Key responsibilities

• Identify, contact, and convert business operators into active partners.
• Track down decision‑makers and guide them through a straightforward onboarding process.
• Manage your own pipeline and schedule, staying accountable to results rather than hours.

Required profile

• Natural relationship builder who can quickly earn trust.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and able to act on limited information.
• Experience in sales, business development, or client‑facing roles; hospitality experience is a strong advantage.
• Nassau‑based with an existing network across the local business community.
• Hungry, disciplined, and motivated by results.
