Talent Acquisition Specialist – Ports & Destinations

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist supports the Ports & Destinations organization by managing recruitment, coordination, scheduling, and onboarding activities. Reporting to the NA Talent Acquisition Supervisor, the role ensures candidates and hiring leaders experience a timely and organized process.

Key responsibilities

• Support candidate sourcing, screening, and outreach using ATS, job boards, social media and referrals.
• Coordinate interview schedules, manage calendars, communicate details to candidates and hiring teams, and track feedback.
• Handle pre‑employment steps such as background checks, assessments and onboarding appointments, ensuring timely completion.
• Maintain accurate data in Oracle and other recruitment systems, post jobs, generate reports and ensure compliance.
• Assist with Summer Internship and early‑talent programs, including outreach to schools, event logistics and candidate communications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Communications or related field (preferred).
• At least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, HR or related coordination.
• Fluent conversational English and strong written/ verbal communication.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Oracle talent acquisition system.
• Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms.
• LinkedIn, Indeed or similar sourcing tools.
