Technical Storekeeper

About the role

The Technical Storekeeper is responsible for the efficient handling, storage, and distribution of spare parts and technical supplies across Carnival Corporation’s destination facilities. You will ensure that all materials are accurately recorded, safely stored, and readily available to support maintenance and technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records, issue weekly stock lists, and update system entries for all incoming parts and tools.
• Audit deliveries, verify invoices, and monitor stock levels to avoid shortages or excess.
• Process requisitions, assist procurement, review vendor quotes, and coordinate timely deliveries.
• Organise storerooms, unload containers, label items, and implement storage solutions that maximise space and accessibility.
• Generate reports on inventory usage, discrepancies, and compliance with safety and environmental policies.
• Support cross‑functional teams by supplying required spare parts and participating in audits and inspections.

Required profile

• Strong organisational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with maintenance, technical staff, and vendors.
• Proactive approach to inventory control and continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience creating reports and documentation.
• Analytical and numeracy skills for tracking usage and budgeting.
