Transportation Supervisor – Half Moon Cay

About the role

The Transportation Supervisor oversees all guest and client transport operations at Half Moon Cay, ensuring safe, efficient, and high‑quality service across shuttles, private transfers, and other mobility solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily transportation services, managing schedules, reservations, and logistics.
• Lead a team of drivers and coordinators, providing training, performance feedback, and support.
• Monitor vehicle fleet maintenance, safety inspections, and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Analyze operational data, control budgets, and implement process improvements to reduce costs and enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Transportation Management or Hospitality preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of transportation management or related experience with a strong focus on guest services.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Physically fit for indoor and outdoor work, including occasional machinery operation.
