Traveling Learning & Development Consultant – Private Destinations

About the role

Join Royal Caribbean Group as a Traveling Learning & Development Consultant for Private Destinations, where you will blend a love of learning, leadership, and travel. You will partner with onsite leaders to deliver consistent, high‑quality training experiences across island locations, many of which have large Spanish‑speaking populations.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all training programs align with the enterprise L&D strategy and brand standards, standardizing onboarding, service excellence, and leadership training across destinations.
• Coach and mentor leaders, identify development gaps, and provide actionable feedback to strengthen leadership effectiveness.
• Champion upskilling, succession planning, and career progression initiatives to build strong internal talent pipelines.
• Collaborate with HR, operations, and corporate teams, providing data‑driven insights and supporting change initiatives that enhance learning adoption.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably in hospitality, cruise, resort, or high‑volume service environments.
• Proven ability to influence without direct authority and build strong partnerships.
• Passion for developing people and delivering impactful learning experiences.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively to private destinations.

Required skills

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken) with the ability to deliver training and coach in Spanish‑speaking environments.
