Warehouse Attendant – Half Moon Cay (Bahamas)

About the role

The Warehouse Attendant ensures smooth warehouse operations at Half Moon Cay, a Carnival Corporation destination in the Bahamas. You will manage material flow, maintain accurate inventory records, and support a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor stock levels, conduct stock takes and cycle counts, and audit incoming materials against purchase orders.
• Unload containers, sort items, receive deliveries, and stock shelves and storage areas in an organized manner.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, orderliness, and safety to support efficient workflows.
• Assist with procurement by identifying supply needs, coordinating with internal staff and external vendors, and ensuring timely material flow.
• Follow environmental, safety, and company policies, and participate in compliance activities.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by management to support broader operational goals.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or related education is a plus.
• Proficient in English.
• Physically fit, able to lift at least 10 lb, stand for long periods, and work outdoors as needed.
• Flexibility to work shift schedules at the destination.

Required skills

• Ability to create reports and documentation.
• Strong interpersonal, problem‑solving, conflict‑resolution and communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
