Assistant General Manager – After-Sales & Customer Experience

About the role

The Assistant General Manager – After-Sales & Customer Experience provides strategic and operational leadership for EV Motors’ After‑Sales business and the overall customer ownership experience, reporting directly to the General Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the After‑Sales organization, setting clear objectives, KPIs and accountability for Service, Parts, Warranty, Collision and Customer Care.
• Monitor performance, remove operational barriers and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Provide the General Manager with timely visibility into performance, risks and customer concerns.
• Champion the customer ownership experience, ensuring high standards of service, communication and responsiveness.
• Oversee revenue, profitability, budget performance and cost management for After‑Sales.
• Drive continuous improvement through KPI trends, operational data and customer feedback.

Required profile

• Minimum 5–7 years of progressively responsible automotive dealership or After‑Sales management experience.
• Proven experience leading managers across service, parts or related automotive functions.
• Strong commercial, financial and analytical skills with ability to manage budgets and profitability.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience with ICE, Hybrid, PHEV and EV technologies is desirable.
