Can-Fix-It All Worker

Key responsibilities

• General maintenance of guest rooms and hotel property.
• Maintain the standard of the hotel and surrounding areas.
• Inspect corridors in both East and West wings.
• Take daily meter readings.
• Inspect light fixtures and plumbing throughout the property.
• Ensure cleanliness of assigned areas and workspaces.
• Inspect ice machines to keep them operable and clean.
• Inspect all electrical rooms and maintain their upkeep.
• Maintain equipment and tools in good order.
• Attend scheduled meetings and trainings.
• Handle engineering‑related guest room requests promptly.
• Carry out preventive maintenance repairs as scheduled.
• Submit completed work orders to the supervisor daily.
• Operate and maintain various power and manual tools.
• Perform other related duties as required.
