Corporate Relations Manager

About the role

BankPro, a private digital bank, is looking for a Corporate Relations Manager. You will be the main point of contact for new corporate clients, guiding them through onboarding, platform setup and day-to-day operational support. The role calls for a client-focused person with strong communication skills who can work across compliance, technical and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated frontline contact for new corporate accounts, guiding key stakeholders through the initial setup process.
• Lead platform walk-throughs and demonstrations so clients understand the Client Area, its navigation and the available products.
• Configure new client accounts and help set system preferences so clients move smoothly into operational status.
• Guide clients through collecting, completing and submitting legal, operational and onboarding documents.
• Review submitted documents for completeness and coordinate with compliance or legal teams to resolve verification delays.
• Provide frontline troubleshooting and support for issues or questions in the Client Area during onboarding.
• Identify platform usability friction points and act as the bridge between clients and internal technical support or engineering teams.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role within banking, fintech or financial services.
• Experience working with corporate clients and managing account onboarding.
• Familiarity with KYC/AML documentation and compliance processes.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

• Tech-savvy, able to explain platform functionality clearly to non-technical users.
• Detail-oriented, with strong organisational skills.
