Experience Coordinator

About the role

The Experience Coordinator is responsible for planning, executing, and hosting activations at The Abaco Club. Reporting to the Event Manager, this role ensures events and experiences follow the club’s standard operating procedures and uphold the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and host member events, activities, and holiday celebrations in line with club SOPs.
• Collaborate with department heads to align event logistics, staffing, and resources.
• Lead the delivery of consistent, elevated experiences for members and their guests.
• Maintain detailed event documentation and post‑event reporting.

• Demonstrated professionalism and integrity when representing the club.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple events simultaneously.
