Sr. Analyst, Operations & Performance Analytics

About the role

The Senior Analyst, Operations & Performance Analytics supports multiple operational departments by developing and maintaining reporting tools, dashboards, and performance metrics. This role enables data‑driven decision‑making, operational efficiency, workforce optimization, and continuous improvement across the property.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools for various departments.
• Partner with departmental leaders to define measurable KPIs, reporting requirements, and operational trends.
• Analyze operational data to uncover patterns, anomalies, risks, inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Produce recurring and ad‑hoc reports for daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and leadership needs.
• Standardize reporting structures, naming conventions, and data formatting to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Validate data integrity and collaborate with teams to improve data collection methods.
• Create visualizations that clearly communicate performance, workload trends, forecasting indicators, compliance status, guest experience trends, cost utilization and operational risks.
• Support cross‑functional continuous‑improvement initiatives through analytical insights.

Required profile

• Proven experience in operational analytics, preferably within hospitality or a related industry.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with diverse functional teams.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Ability to work independently and support multiple departments simultaneously.
