About the role
We are looking for an experienced Retail Sales Supervisor to lead daily store operations, support staff, and ensure outstanding customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and support retail staff during daily operations.
- Monitor sales performance and help the team achieve targets.
- Oversee inventory, stock levels, merchandising and store presentation.
- Manage employee attendance, performance and productivity.
- Assist with staff scheduling, task assignments and opening/closing procedures.
Required profile
- Previous retail and supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership, communication and customer‑service skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Reliable, organized, professional and flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
Required skills
- Experience with sales and inventory management.
