Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers in‑store and online, offering style advice, outfit recommendations, and product knowledge.
• Leverage digital platforms—including social media, email, and the e‑commerce site—to communicate with clients and conduct virtual styling sessions.
• Drive sales through exceptional service, maintain visual merchandising standards, and ensure inventory is well‑stocked.
• Balance customer service with tasks such as inventory management, order processing, and store cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive work environment.
