Senior IT Specialist – Server & Network Management

About the role

The Senior IT Specialist will support the hotel’s technology infrastructure, handling server installations, network management, and end‑user hardware support. This role combines hands‑on technical work with training staff on software and phone systems.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain Windows (2003/2008/2012), Linux, Unix and VMware ESX servers.
• Provide hardware installation and troubleshooting for PCs, laptops, smartphones and peripheral devices.
• Maintain the Property Management System (PMS), Point‑of‑Sale (POS) system, and Agilysys pin pads.
• Administer DNS, Active Directory, LAN/WAN integrity, and network security.
• Perform system backups, updates, and package deployments across the environment.

Required profile

• AA degree in Computer Science or related field with at least three years of networking experience.
• Three to five years of IT experience within the hotel industry.
